About

I research how communities can improve quality of life for older adults through evidence-based interventions and social policy innovation.

My work on the "Nagykanizsa Model" demonstrated that social engagement significantly impacts elderly well-being—a finding recognized by the European Commission as a best practice in elderly policy innovation (Brussels, 2018).

Through comprehensive research involving over 1,000 participants, I've shown that community-based approaches to active ageing can dramatically improve life satisfaction and well-being among older adults.
